
John Zins earned his Juris Doctor in 2001 from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, a top tier law school. John brings not only his hands-on experience from counseling small businesses and individuals working as a CPA in his home town of Cincinnati, Ohio, he also brings experience from advising large, multi-national companies on how to overcome their complex tax challenges.
After passing the bar exam in his home state of Ohio in July, 2001, he went to work for one of the largest professional services providers in the world, PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising clients on a number of tax, business, and personal tax planning issues. John came to the Bay Area in 2004 to augment a worldwide industry leading tax practice.
John left the Big-4 Accounting Firms in 2007 and proceeded to gain first hand consulting experience at Fortune 500 companies located around the Bay Area. He passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt in July, 2007 and was admitted to the California Bar in December, 2007.
John is now very excited to be able to offer his professional services to individuals and small business clients at affordable rates, making a real difference in the lives of everyday people who live in his community.
